Holding qualifications and accreditation from the Association of Project Managers (APM); in APM Professional (APMP) and APM Practitioner Qualification (APMPQ) we are able to add immediate value in areas of complexity and uncertainty. We offer services covering Project Reviews, Project Controls (including Earned Value Management (EVM)) and Project Management planning and delivery. We are well versed in Governance and Approvals and the construction and presentation of compelling Business Cases in politicised environments with many stake holding groups. We have accreditations from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) as Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioners. Our services cover Programme Design, Programme Management and Programme Reviews where we have a track record in the UK Government Major Project Authority (MPA) Gateway Review processes, supplying Review Team Members (RTM) for high risk and business critical reviews.
